Sarah joined the staff April 20 and has worked for the USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service since 2010. Since that time, she has served in Field Offices across the state, including Lake Charles, Natchitoches, Crowley, Rayville, and most recently as the District Conservationist in Mansfield.
Sarah grew up on a small farm in Natchitoches and has a passion for agriculture and forestry. She attended Northwestern State University and graduated in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in Biology and a concentration in natural science. She loves helping people help the land and putting conservation on the ground.
Sarah and her husband are excited to move to the Minden area and she is looking forward to working with the people of Claiborne and Webster parishes.
The Minden Field Office is located at 216B Broadway in Minden.
