The Bossier City Police Juvenile Division is asking for the Public’s assistance in locating a runaway juvenile. 15 year old Samuel Tucker was last seen around the the Horseshoe Casino area. Samuel is Autistic, Bi-Polar and has Schizophrenia . He was last seen wearing a Red shirt and ripped light colored jeans . he is described as being 5’6 and 125 pds. Samuel also has a small scar under his chin and a large scar on his left knee.
