The LED Certified Sites Program recognizes industrial properties that have successfully completed a rigorous review and verification process, ensuring critical site information, including ownership, environmental conditions, utilities, transportation access, and other development criteria, has been thoroughly evaluated. Certification reduces risk for companies and significantly shortens the timeline from site selection to project development.
Strategically located along Interstate 20 in Webster Parish, the Moore Site offers 84 contiguous acres of development-ready land with exceptional access to regional workforce and consumer markets.
