The Minden Police Department battled the Minden Fire Department Tuesday evening in the third Battle of the Badges ball game. After a gruesome battle, the Minden police came out on top, with a score of 25-14. At the end of the night as the dust settled and lights faded, the children of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital were the true winners – as more than $16k was raised for the cancer center.
