Minden Police Department

Laricker Washington, 25, of the 700 block of Peach Street, was arrested for two counts of conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine, three counts of distribution of Schedule II CDS (crack cocaine), Possession of Schedule II CDS (crack cocaine) with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and probation and parole hold.

Ardis Allen, 62, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear on criminal mischief.

Bobby Jackson, Jr., 28, of the 500 block of Patrick Street, was arrested for open container, possession of a legend drug, possession of Schedule I CDS with intent to distribute (synthetic marijuana), and as a fugitive from Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Johnny Ray Cockerham, Jr., 24, of the 2500 block of Coleman Street in Gibsland, was arrested for careless operation, open container, no driver’s license, possession of a Schedule I CDS with intent to distribute (synthetic marijuana), and possession of a legend drug.

Barquette Frazier, 27, of the 100 block of MacArthur, was arrested for possession of Schedule I CDS (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Darnell Hawkins, 19, of the 600 block of Constable Street, was arrested for obstruction of justice.

Kentriavian Washington, 17, of the 500 block of MLK Drive, was arrested for illegal carrying of weapons and firearm in a gun free zone.

De’tavius Elkins, 17, of the 100 block of MacArthur, was arrested for possession of a stolen firearm, illegal carrying of weapons and a fire arm in a gun free zone.

Grace Odell, 57, of the 100 block of Weldon Johnson Road, was arrested for hit and run, no driver’s license, and following too close.

Ernest Holmes, 57, of the 200 block of Miller Street, was arrested for disturbing the peace.

Antwaune Loud, 27, of the 200 block of Leroy Tillman Road in Heflin, was arrested for possession of
Schedule I CDS.

Quinton Huey, 28, of the 1300 block of Apple Street, was arrested for resisting an officer.

Kristian N. Stiles, 25, of the 503 W. Marshall, was arrested for obstructing driver’s view, driving on a roadway land for traffic, and no insurance.

Tadarrius Green, 21, of the 300 block of S. Abney Street, was arrested for simple battery, hit and run, reckless operation, no driver’s license, no insurance, switched plates, and contraband into a penal institution.

Stacy G. Tims, 31, of the 300 block of Beardsley in Homer, was arrested for theft of goods.

Tango Frazier, 18, of the 900 block of Carolina Street, was arrested for disturbing the peace by fighting.

Curasha Adams, 23, of the 900 block of Carolina Street, was arrested for disturbing the peace by fighting.

Charlton Kellogg, 51, of the 100 block of Michael Street, was arrested for remaining after forbidden and running a stop sign.

Latoria Iverson, 27, of the 100 block of Dowell Lane, was arrested for two counts of conspiracy to distribute Schedule II CDS (crack cocaine) and probation and parole hold.

Scarlett Brown, 24, of the 400 block of Fort Street, was arrested for simple battery, theft, and simple battery.

Webster Parish Sheriff’s Office

Sean Merritt, 29, of Camp Bistineau in Doyline, was arrested for resisting an officer by false information.

Jessica Hair, 25, of Camp Bistineau in Doyline, was arrested as a fugitive from Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Christopher Hair, 21, of Camp Bistineau in Doyline, was arrested for criminal property damage and as a fugitive from Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Brian Jackson, 40, of the 500 block of Central School Road in Dubberly, was arrested for probation violation, resisting an officer with false information, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sydnee Odenbaugh, 24, of the 600 block of West Lake Road in Sterling, was arrested for two counts of simple burglary and theft of firearms.

Joshua Collins, 20, of the 700 block of Central School Road in Dubberly, was arrested for simple battery and remaining after being forbidden.
