Recent arrests made around Webster Parish

407 Minden Police Department Jarrad Richardson, 26, of the 700 block of Horton Street, was arrested for hit and run. Breanna Halliday, 20, of the 1000 block of Tillman Street, was arrested as a fugitive from the Claiborne Parish Sheriff’s Office.
