Robert was born to Robert and Jonnie Bates (Bostic) on Aug. 13, 1946 in Crossett, Arkansas. He passed away on Aug. 26, 2015 in Doyline. He was a faithful member of West Lake Baptist Church. R
Robert often enjoyed spending his free time with family and friends and when he could you would find him outside fishing.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and daughter, Brandy Bates. Robert is survived by his wife, Judy Bates; daughter, Brittany Bates; brother, Allen Bates; and a host of friends and extended family. He will be greatly missed by all.
