Nothing fancy, just great Italian food.
That’s what Roma Italian Bistro owners Florenc Leshnja and Festim Raka hope to bring to Minden with the eatery’s opening Tuesday, Feb. 10.
The restaurant is the third Louisiana location for the pair that recently moved to Minden.
The owners say patrons can expect fresh Italian food made to order along with authentic New York-style pizza. Gluten-free pasta will also be offered for those with food allergies.
Roma is located in the heart of downtown Minden at 519 Main St. in the newly renovated Gardner building and will be open
Tuesday through Sunday.
