I do believe the ‘critical point’ date was August, 2015, not October.
And Alice is correct as well. It appears to me assurance is not an attainable goal.
Exactly why I felt the 90 day extension was time to be used against the community.

Yes, it is August 15th, and the endocrine disrupting component of M6 is dibutylphthalate (not dibuthyllthiourea) Also, it is the NOx from the brush burns, (not the ground level ozone) that represents the biggest concern in destabilizing the propellant at Camp Minden. If the bunkers are “breathing” they are absorbing NOx from the brush burns, and that’s not good. I was misquoted a few times, but other than that, much of what I said is accurately represented here.
