Contestants are encouraged to wear any style of beauty dress of their choice. The entry fee is $75 per participant, with the opportunity to win division titles or the prestigious Princess title.

Age divisions include 0-11 months, 12-23 months, 2-3 years, 4-5 years, 6 years, 7 years, 8 years, 9 years, 10 years, 11-12 years, 13-15 years, and 16 years and up. However, organizers reserve the right to combine or split age divisions as necessary.

Additionally, optional contests are available for those interested in further competition. These include the Mega, Face of 2023, Grand, Mini, Beauty Supreme, and Personality Supreme contests, each requiring a $10 entry fee per supreme group.

The rules for the pageant are straightforward, allowing contestants to express themselves freely. Participants are permitted to wear any style of dress and can choose to have hair and makeup done, although it is not necessary. No deductions will be made based on makeup or the lack thereof. The only requirement is that participants must wear a dress; pant suits are not allowed.

For those interested in the Outfit of Choice (OOC) category, there is a $50 entry fee. This category is divided into 0-3 years, 4-8 years, and 9 years and up, with a Double Crown winner per supreme group and one overall winner.
