Proverbs 22:6 says “ Direct your children onto the right path, and when they are older, they will not leave it.” This poses a very important question for many of us as Christians and parents. In this time of extreme difficulty are we talking to our children about God? Many of us have become stay at home parents and also teachers. We have also seen the church move into the household and social media. This situation has given us a unique opportunity to make God part of our children’s everyday curriculum. We live in a world that is constantly changing and wrapped in uncertainty. However, one thing we can be certain of is God and his love. We need to reinforce this point in our children’s lives as often as we can. That’s why in closing this article I would like to challenge everyone to take just a moment out of their day to pray with their kids and study the word of God.
