Tax Assessor gives $500,000 back to property owners in reductions

Webster Parish Tax Assessor Morris Guin held a press conference Tuesday at his Minden office announcing his fourth reduction of property taxes, if the amount of $500,000,  since elected in 2011. Guin has had a total of $2,000,000 in reductions since being elected.
