Tommy Langley355Funeral services for Thomas M. “Tommy” Langley will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, Nov. 21, 2014, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Minden, with Bro. Don McCormick officiating. Interment will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery in Minden. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 20, 2014, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden.

Tommy was born April 2, 1939, in Minden, and entered into rest Nov. 18, 2014, in Shreveport. He was retired from the Webster Parish school system as maintenance supervisor. He enjoyed camping, fishing and his family.

His son, Tommy Langley Jr.; sisters, Nancy Langley and Estelle Langley; and brothers, James Langley, Bobby Langley Ray Langley and Joe Langley preceded him in death.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Bonnie Langley of Minden; sons, Danny Langley of Minden, Sam Langley of Minden, Robert Langley of Los Angeles, Calif., Dennis Langley of Los Angeles, Calif., and David Langley of Shreveport; brothers, Bill Langley of Minden, David Langley of Shreveport and Walter Langley of Minden; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The family is very appreciative to Lucas Langley who was very attentive to his grandparents.
