NATCHITOCHES – The Minden Crimson Tide had a tough time over the weekend in the Natchitoches Central Tournament, dropping a pair of games to Southwood and St. Mary’s.
The Tide entered the weekend at 4-4 and exit with a mark of 4-6 after the Cowboys got the better of them in a 7-4 game and St. Mary’s limited Minden to two runs in a 6-2 decision.
Minden will have a shot at redemption against Southwood Tuesday night in Shreveport when they take on the Cowboys again at 6 p.m.
