Fadona Iverson Neloms, 39, of the 200 block of Crestview, was arrested on a warrant.
Akeilah Malone, 22, of the 600 block of Chestnut, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear, expired registration and driving under suspension.
Nathan Davis, 28, of the 2600 block of Goodwill Road, was arrested on a warrant for driving under suspension.
Derravian S. Garner, 42, of the 1000 block of East Street, was charged with public drunkenness, parking lot restriction, loud music, possession of a schedule I controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also arrested on three warrants for aggravated assault and two counts of simple battery. The Office of Probation and Parole placed a hold on him.
Rex David Taylor, 51, of the 800 block of Brackin Street, was arrested on warrants for unauthorized use of a vehicle, criminal damage to property, theft of a vehicle, simple assault and simple criminal damage to property.
Chadera Parker, 24, of the 6600 block of Melara in Shreveport, was arrested on a warrant for theft of goods.
Chavez Parker, 25, of the 6600 block of Melara in Shreveport, was arrested on two warrants for no driver’s license and no insurance.
Amanda Spencer, 36, of the 600 block of Pine Street, was charged with simple cruelty to animals.
Jarrod D. Garms, 19, of the 7700 block of Oakwind Drive in Mobile, Alabama, was arrested on a warrant for improper turn.
Devonte Nolen, 23, of the 800 block of Carolina Street, was charged as a fugitive from the Webster Parish Sheriff’s Office and two
warrants.
Randal Cloud, 37, of the 1200 block of Foster Arbor Road in Castor, was charged with theft.
Lawanda Mitchell, 33, of the 600 block of South Street, was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile and
resisting an officer.
Cassalis Lard, 31, of the 200 block of Bell Street, was arrested on eight warrants.
