Minden city police officers and Webster Parish deputies made the following arrests through March 1.
Amy Lynn Ahlstrom, 32, Sunset Drive, Elm Grove, simple battery, cruelty to a juvenile. Arrested at a residence on Horseshoe Loop in Doyline by parish deputies responding to call about an unwanted person who would not leave.
Latoya Lashay Winzer, 21, 600 block Stone Street, Minden, domestic abuse battery.
Bruce A. Robinson II, 32, 100 block Roach Road, Doyline, DWI 4th offense, felony possession of CDS Sch. I (marijuana), possession of CDS in presence of minor, possession of drug paraphernalia, careless operation. Deputies answering call concerning truck swerving on U.S. Hwy. 371 made arrest after traffic stop at intersection of Hwy. 371 and La. Hwy 2.
Ryan Steven Hoffman, 24, 300 block Walnut Road, Springhill, reckless operation, resisting an officer, flight from an officer, aggravated flight, no driver’s license on person. Suspect arrested by parish deputies after chase on U.S. Hwy. 371 and U.S. Hwy. 80.
Darien Mitchell, 39, 500 block Winford Street, Minden, hit and run, no driver’s license.
Jon Fuggins, 27, 6100 block Bavoe Street, Shreveport, careless operation.
Kenneth Brown, 30, 500 block Lanning, Minden, fugitive from Webster Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Brandon Garse, 42, 100 block High Street, Minden, on warrants.
Antwaune Loud, 26, 200 block Leroy Tillman Road, Heflin, on warrants for forgery, illegal possession of stolen things.
Cedrick Stephens, 29, 800 block Peach Street, Minden, on warrant for simple criminal damage to property, second degree battery by domestic violence with child endangerment.
Richard “Richano” Fisher, 38, 100 block Loop Road, Minden, public drunkenness, sagging pants, unlawful possession of fraudulent documents for identification.
Rodrick Flournoy, 35, 1100 block Constable, Minden, DWI 2nd offense, violation of open container ordinance, improper lane usage, speeding, no driver’s license.
Derrick Carey, 25, 800 block Woods, Minden, bench warrants, fugitive from Bienville Parish Sheriff’s Office.
