John Brown: Pled guilty to simple battery. Sentenced to three months in Webster Parish Jail, suspended, one year of active supervised probation, anger management, must pay $250 plus court costs or thirty days in Webster Parish Jail, unsupervised probation after first six months if all fees are paid.

Anthony Tyrone Elkins: Pled guilty to criminal trespassing. Sentenced to 91 days in Webster Parish Jail, credit for time served.

Joseph Gillyard: Pled not guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated (first offense), careless operation of a motor vehicle, and following too closely. Trial set for Jan. 29, 2016.

Danny L. Huey: Charged with theft of utility services. Trial passed to Jan. 29, 2016.

Robert Earl Loud: Pled guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated (first offense), improper lane usage, and possession of alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles. Speeding and operating a vehicle while license/suspended/revoked/cancelled charges dismissed. Sentenced to 90 days in Webster Parish Jail, credit for time served.

Anthony McLaughlin: Pled not guilty to distribution of a Schedule II CDS at his arraignment. Status conference set for Jan. 1, 2016. Trial set for March 7, 2016. At bond reduction hearing, bond was reduced to $10,000 for each count of distribution of a Schedule II CDS.

Eric D. Mills: Pled guilty to amended charge of simple battery. Operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license charge dismissed. Must pay $200 plus court costs or spend 45 days in Webster Parish Jail. Sentenced to 30 days in Webster Parish Jail, suspended, three months of active supervised probation and three months of unsupervised probation for a total of six months of probation.

David Alexander Reynolds: Pled guilty to domestic abuse battery (first offense). Sentenced to six months in the Webster Parish Jail, suspended, one year of active supervised probation, anger management, and must pay $200 plus court costs within six months or spend 40 days in Webster Parish Jail.

Michelle R. Colston: Pled not guilty to improper supervision of a minor by parent or legal custodian. Trial set for Dec. 18.

Christopher T. Johnson: Charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, possession of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoids, improper turn and/or failure to give required signal, and possession of alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles. Bench warrant issued. Bond set at a total of $17,000.

Maranda Richardson: Charged with telephone harassment. Arraignment passed to Dec. 11.

Michael Shane Savage: Pled not guilty to possession of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoids. Trial set for Jan. 15, 2016.

Curtis E. Sibley Jr.: Pled not guilty to domestic abuse battery. Trial set for Dec. 11.

Steven Wesley Slaughter: Pled guilty to simple burglary. Sentenced to 10 years of hard labor at the Louisiana Department of Corrections, concurrent with any other sentencing.

Jocavion J. Williams: Pled not guilty to possession of marijuana. Trial set for Jan. 15, 2016.
