Shannon C. Ashworth: Pled guilty to indecent behavior with a juvenile. Habitual offender bill to be filed and sex offender notification. Agreed to sentence of 14 years at hard labor.

Cody James Lisenby: Pled guilty to an amended charge of simple possession of a Schedule I CDS. Sentence to run concurrent with fines and costs, consecutive, amortize over probation, 60 day employment upon release, serve six months in the Webster Parish Jail, suspended one year, active supervised probation. Must pay $500 plus court costs and no criminal activity. On the charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated (first offense), he was sentenced to six months in the Webster Parish Jail to run concurrent, one year suspended, plus four 8-hour community service hours within 60 days. Must submit to random screenings.

Steven Wayne Malone: Probation revoked, recommended to serve original sentence.

Gary R. Modisette: Trial set for May 11 on five counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile and one count of molestation of a juvenile.

Charles Nelson: Passed after changes pending agreement on charge of possession of Schedule II CDS.

James Ratliff: Pled guilty to molestation of a juvenile. Sentenced to 10 years at hard labor. Sex offender notification and registration forms signed.

Patrick Strickland: Trial set for May 11 for two counts of aggravated second degree battery.

Cindy Tatom: Charged with disturbing the peace by fighting. Continued until May 29.

Steven B. Ward: Passed until May 29 at defendant’s request. Charged with driving while under the influence (first offense)

Charles Frederick White IV: Charged with simple assault, disturbing the peace and disturbing the peace by fighting. Continued until May 29.

Katherine Kristine Bell: Pled not guilty to charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated (first offense), operating a vehicle while license suspended/revoked/cancelled, careless operation of a vehicle and failure to use a safety belt. Trial set for June 26.

Danny Booth: Trial set for July 6. Charged with accessory after the fact to aggravated second degree battery and obstruction of justice by tampering with evidence.

Mondreka D. Combs: Charged with aggravated assault. Continued to June 19.

Chance W. Duck: Charged with possession with intent to distribute a Schedule II CDS. Waived formal arraignment and pled not guilty. Status conference is set for June 19, with trial set for July 6.

Billy Don Fuller: Charged with theft by fraud. Pled not guilty. Trial set for June 19.

James A. Gilley: Charged with hit and run and careless operation of a motor vehicle. Bench warrant, bond forfeiture. Bond set at $1,000.

Aretha Johnson: Charged with simple criminal damage to property valued at $500 or more but under $50,000, simple assault, simple battery and aggravated battery. Status conference is set for June 19, with trial set for July 6.

Gregory Lee Shingleton: Pled guilty to reckless operation of a vehicle, possession of alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without a license and general speed law. He was sentenced to pay $100 plus costs or 15 days in the Webster Parish Jail on the reckless operation charge, 60 days suspended. Six months active supervised probation and must pay representation fee of $300 within six months. Must pay $50 plus court costs or five days in the Webster Parish Jail for possession of an alcoholic beverage and operating a motor vehicle without a license. He must pay $100 plus court costs or five days in the Webster Parish Jail on the general speed charge. All fines and times to run consecutive with costs to run concurrent.

Kabili Silver: Pled guilty to distribution of a Schedule I CDS. Sentenced to eight years hard labor, seven years suspended. Must pay $1,000 plus court costs or six months in the Webster Parish Jail. Sentenced to eight years active supervised probation.

Lashonda A. Tellis: Charged with improper supervision of a minor by parent or legal custodian. Must come back for review June 19, attend truancy meeting and children must have no absences or tardies.

Jasmine Lynette Wallace: Waived formal arraignment, pled not guilty to charges of domestic abuse battery (first offense) and disturbing the peace. Trial set for June 19.

Mattavious Wortham: Formally arraigned. Pled not guilty to charges of distribution of a Schedule II CDS, resisting an officer with force or violence, second degree robbery, attempted armed robbery with the use of a firearm, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, attempted second degree murder and racketeering. Status conference set for June 19 with trial set for July 6.

Bryant James Bailey: Pled guilty to domestic abuse battery by strangulation (first offense). Sentenced to two years at hard labor with the Louisiana Department of Corrections, credit for time served. Permanent order of protection against the victim through domestic liaison for custody.

Dominick Quatrupolo: Charged with domestic abuse battery by strangulation (first offense). Passed until June 15.

Reggie Demond Smith: Charged with sexual battery and home invasion with a juvenile present. Reset for June 1.

Ketrick D. Frazier: Charged with three counts of theft of $1,500 or more. Continued to June 15.

Angel Weaver: Pled guilty to possession with intent to distribute a Schedule III CDS. Sentenced to 30 days in the Webster Parish Jail, suspended. Must pay $500 plus court costs plus six months active supervised probation. Or 120 days in the Webster Parish Jail with credit for time served.

Voltaire Sullivan: Charged with possession with intent to distribute Schedule II CDS, possession with intent to distribute Schedule I CDS, convicted felon possessing a firearm or carrying a concealed weapon, illegal possession of a stolen firearm, possession of a firearm while in possession of CDS, possession with intent to distribute a counterfeit Schedule I CDS, introducing contraband into or upon the grounds of any state correctional institution and attempted simple escape. Continued to Sept. 18 for status conference.
