Three years active supervised probation. Must pay $1,000 plus court costs. Must pay restitution within 120 days. Must pay $80 to District Attorney’s office for cost of prosecution within 120 days.

Dontavius R. Henix: Charged with possession with intent to distribute a Schedule I CDS, speeding 1-10 MPH, failure to secure registration, and pled not guilty to possession with intent to distribute a Schedule I CDS, to wit: Marijuana or Synthetic Cannabinoids. Status conference set for July 13. Trial set for Sept 14.

John Riley Hollingsworth: Charged with simple battery. Protective order is dismissed – will submit and attend anger management.

Steven Humphreys: Charged with theft between $750 and $5,000. Passed to August 24. Trial set for Oct 19.

Michael Jackson: Charged with attempted felony theft and simple criminal trespass. Reset for Sept 28.

Timothy O. Kimmons: Charged with resisting an officer with force or violence. Passed to Sept 28. Charged with two counts of distribution of marijuana and one count of possession of marijuana with intent. Probation revoked. Recommended substance abuse treatment program. Pled not guilty to conspiracy to distribute a Schedule I CDS. Status conference set for Sept 28.

Crystal Neely: Pled not guilty to possession of a Schedule II CDS. To report and pay $40 fee. Status conference set for August 24. Trial set for Oct 19.
