Webster Parish Arrests (10/4 – 10/11)

335 Candice Cooper, 35, of the 1700 block of East Texas Street, was arrested for possession of a schedule II substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and two counts of theft.  Wesley Griffith, 39, of the 600 block of Patton Street, was arrest
