Webster Parish Council on Aging announces new executive director

The Board of Directors for The Webster Parish Council on Aging has appointed Mr. Tim Cain as the new Executive Director, after the untimely loss of the former Executive Director, Johnny Johnson.


Mr. Cain came to this position, highly recommended. He is a Medical Certification Specialist I| with the Louisiana Department of Health – Office of Aging and Adult Services.

He served as the Regional Manager for the Louisiana Department of Health – Office of Aging and Adult Services where he supervised nine parishes in Northwest Louisiana for Medicaid long-term care services.


Mr. Cain also served a s Social Service Analyst for the Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services.


He is a graduate of Northwestern State University (NSU), Natchitoches, Louisiana, where he received his Bachelor’s degree, in Accounting.


The Council on Aging is a nonprofit agency chartered by the State of Louisiana in 1960. It is a Direct Services agency located in Webster Parish for Seniors in the community ages (60+) regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, or disabilities.
Some programs are offered in accordance with Federal and State policies in reference to Title Ill and the Older Americans Act.
