Webster Parish Libraries Celebrate Creative Excellence: Jincie Ogywn Wins Read Across America Coloring Contest

Webster Parish Libraries are buzzing with excitement as they honor the winners of the Read Across America Coloring Contest, held at the Minden and Springhill locations. Among the shining stars is Jincie Ogywn, who clinched the top spot in the Pre-K and Kindergarten Division at the Minden branch.

“Today, join us in celebrating Jincie Ogywn, the shining star and winner of the Pre-K and Kindergarten Division in the Read Across America Coloring Contest at your Webster Parish Libraries Minden location!” announced the library’s social media post.

Hailing from Glenbrook School, Jincie’s artistic flair and love for reading truly stole the show. “Her colorful creation radiated with imagination and the joy of storytelling,” the post continued.

According to the library’s statement, Jincie’s talent knows no bounds. “Your delightful artwork captured the essence of childhood wonder and the magic of exploring new worlds through books,” the post emphasized.

The library extended its gratitude to all participants for sharing their creativity and passion for reading. “Each entry brought its own unique spark to our contest, making it a celebration of imagination and inspiration!” the post concluded.
