SIBLEY — The Webster Parish Police Jury is distributing sand bags in preparation of the storms that are excepted to dump up to 10 inches of rain across the area.
Webster Parish residents can pick up sandbags until 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at the police jury barn located at 532 Crichton Road in Sibley.
