Brent eyeing Miss Minden crown

Sharity Ann Brent is the 19-year-old daughter of James and Leslie Brent.

She is a 2014 graduate of Minden High School where she was a leader and 4-year member of the Louisi-Annes dance line.

Sharity is now a sophomore at Louisiana Tech University majoring in nutrition and dietetics.

She is a 2-year member of the Regal Blues dance team, a student recruiter and very active in her Baptist Collegiate Ministry.

The Miss Minden Pageant will be at 7 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 5 at the Minden Civic Center.

Tickets are $10 and on sale at Al-N-Way Cleaners, located at 410 Homer Road. Children two years of age and under get in free. Tickets will also be available at the door the day of the pageant.
