Two arrested, accused of stealing ATV from Muddy Bottoms

An all-terrain vehicle worth nearly $15,000 was recovered after Webster authorities say two took it without permission from Muddy Bottoms ATV and Recreation Park.

James C. Aguilar, 23, and Jessica Nicole Allan, both of the 500 block of Miller’s Bluff Road in Plain Dealing, was arrested for felony theft. Bond for both suspects were set at $15,000 each.

Webster Parish Sheriff’s Detective Gene Hanson arrested the two after they reportedly admitted to stealing the ATV from a lake at Muddy Bottoms. The ATV was taken from the park to Allan’s mother’ s house in Plain Dealing, according to reports.

Both were placed under arrest following an interview, and booked at the sheriff’s office substation in Springhill.
