The 18th annual Springtime Cuties pageant, held at the Minden Community House on March 16, celebrated the grace and elegance of young ladies from infants to high school students. Event organizer Mychele Price curated a lively and enjoyable experience, ensuring that every participant had a chance to shine in various categories.
Many young girls aspire to participate in pageants, and Springtime Cuties offers them that opportunity. For those who take pageantry seriously, it’s a great platform to hone their skills before entering scholarship pageants.
The event drew a crowd of proud parents, grandparents, relatives, and friends who filled the Community House. The girls delighted in showcasing their beautiful dresses and outfits, with each participant receiving commendation for their efforts.
In the 0-24-month division, Elora won the titles of Most Beautiful, Best Personality, and Most Photogenic. In the 2-year-old division, Jersey captured the same titles.
James Ann claimed the titles of Most Beautiful and Best Personality in the 3-year-old division, while Journi won Most Photogenic. Peyton, in the 4-5-year-old division, won Most Beautiful and Most Photogenic, with Chloe taking home the Best Personality award.
The 6-year-old division saw Kaliyah winning Most Beautiful and Vada winning Best Personality. Anniston swept the 7-year-old division, winning Most Beautiful, Best Personality, and Most Photogenic.
In the 8-9-year-old division, Channing secured Most Beautiful and Most Photogenic, while Josie won Best Personality. Jasmine took home Most Beautiful and Best Personality in the 13-year-old-and-up division.
The Outfit of Choice competition featured Elora, Mazlea, and Journi as runners-up in the 0-3-years-old division, with Jersey winning. In the 4-6-year-old division, Peyton, Chloe, and Kaliyah were runners-up, and Blakely emerged as the winner. Anniston, Channing, and Josie were runners-up in the 7-9-year-old division, with Bailey clinching the win.
Top Five honors were awarded to James Ann, Peyton, Anniston, Channing, and Jasmine. Kaliyah was crowned Springtime Cutie Supreme, while Elora, Vada, and Josie won Springtime Personality Supreme in their age groups. Mazlea, Chloe, and Bailey each claimed Springtime Beauty Supreme titles in their age groups, while Journi, Blakely, and Channing took home Mini Supreme titles. Jersey, Peyton, and Anniston secured Grand Supreme titles in their age groups.
Mazlea received the Angel Award for her precious performance. Two girls received perfect scores, with Jasmine crowned Face of 2024 and James Ann named the overall winner, earning the title of 2024 Springtime Cuties Mega.
