22 Hands Up to host financial literacy class for youth

by Amber McDown

The nonprofit organization 22 Hands Up will host a free financial literacy class for youth ages 11–18 at the Minden REC on Monday, July 28, from 10AM until noon.

Sponsored by Regions Bank, the seminar will introduce participants to the basics of earning, spending, and saving money. Organizers say the goal is to equip young people with essential tools to help them make smart financial decisions as they grow.

Lunch will be provided.
