The Minden SweeTees 6U softball team finished as runners up in the state tournament played over the weekend in Alexandria. Team members were Conleigh Jernigan, Gracelyn Pitman, Macie Morton, Sage Wood, Savannah Kirk, Addilyn Brown, Ave’ Elkins, Annabel Sunderland, Marley Bogues, Lexie Perryman, Peyton Peevy and Sadie Stewart. Jason Sunderland was the team’s coach and he was assisted by Colby Bogues, Jennifer Kirk and James Stewart.
