The Minden City Council will meet in a special session on Tuesday, July 22 at 6PM in the Council Chambers of City Hall.
On the agenda are
- Adopt Resolution – Adopting and Ratifying a Settlement Agreement for the Sum of $25,000 Plus $1,912.57 for the Total Sum of $26,912.57 Between the City of Minden and Shawanda Hall and Donald Benard Resolving All Claims Which May Exist Between the Parties and Appropriating the Sum to Satisfy Said Agreement
- Adopt Resolution – Granting Authority for Mayor Cox to Enter into a Contract to Retain the Services of Aaron L. Green, Attorney at Law, to Serve as “Outside Counsel” for the City of Minden Regarding Civil Service, Public Records Requests, and Other Legal Matters as May Be Necessary Under the Supervision of the City Attorney
