Minden Lions Club to host fall chicken charbroil Sept. 27

The Minden Lions Club will fire up the grill for its Fall Chicken Charbroil on Saturday, September 27, beginning at 9 AM in the Walmart parking lot. Dinners will be available until sold out.

For $10, customers can purchase a half chicken dinner. No advance tickets are required, but organizers encourage early arrival, as meals often sell out by noon.

All proceeds from the fundraiser will support local Lions Club projects and initiatives in the community. The Minden Lions Club is part of the world’s largest service organization and is known for efforts such as vision screenings, providing eyeglasses, and supporting youth programs.
