A good-sized crowd gathered Thursday evening in Miller Quarters Park as Bites & Beats kicked off its 2026 season with music, food, and fellowship in downtown Minden.
Residents turned out to enjoy the cool weather while listening to live performances by the Minden High Choir Band and The Crawfish Boil Band. The event offered a relaxed atmosphere as families and friends spent time together in the park.

Food and drink vendors included Bayou Two Food Truck, The Humble Servant Catering Co., Bros Lemonade, and Woo’s Daiquiri, providing a variety of options for attendees throughout the evening.
Bites & Beats is hosted by the Minden Main Street District and is sponsored by Home Federal Bank. This free community event brings together live music and food trucks for an evening gathering in Miller Quarters Park.
