The North Webster Knights defeated Providence Classical Academy 12-2 Wednesday at home.
Preston Ingle went 2-for-2. Gerrit Gillentine went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBI. Tyler Brown had a triple.
Justin Stewart struck out six in 4 1/3 innings. Ingle didn’t allow a hit or walk and struck out three in 1 2/3 innings.
North Webster (9-15) is scheduled to close the regular season Thursday against Richwood at 5. Providence Classical Academy dropped to 9-16.
