The Village of Dixie Inn Board of Aldermen will meet in regular session at 5 PM Tuesday, May 12, at Village Hall, 60 Shell Street.
Among the items listed under new business is setting a special meeting date of May 28 to introduce Ordinance No. 134A for the village’s 2026-2027 general fund and utility fund budget.
Council members are also expected to consider approving the purchase of an ice machine for the maintenance department at a cost not to exceed $1,200, as well as a proposed pay raise for Shane Huffstetler.
The agenda also includes adoption of minutes from the April regular session and approval of the village’s April financial statements.
Department reports will be presented by the water and maintenance department, police department, aldermen, and Mayor Donna Hoffoss.
The meeting is open to the public.
