Minden Medical Center is offering a series of CPR and first aid training sessions this summer as part of its 100-year community outreach initiative.
The training is designed to teach life-saving skills and help participants be prepared during emergency situations. Classes will be led by certified instructors and will include hands-on training, along with written and skills testing conducted onsite.
Sessions are scheduled for:
- June 9, 2026, from 1 PM to 5 PM
- June 26, 2026, from 8 AM to noon
- July 10, 2026, from 1 PM to 5 PM
- July 24, 2026, from 8 AM to noon
The cost is $25 per individual, and each class is limited to 12 students.
Training sessions will be held in the MMC Education Room at 729 Main Street in Minden.
Participants will receive CPR and first aid certification upon completion of the course requirements.
