Downtown Minden will welcome shoppers Saturday, October 24, as Shop the Block returns to the historic Main Street district beginning at 10 AM.
The event encourages residents and visitors to shop local while exploring downtown’s collection of boutiques, antique stores, specialty shops, and restaurants.
Shoppers can browse for unique gifts, update their fall wardrobes, get an early start on holiday shopping, and enjoy the atmosphere of Minden’s historic downtown.
Shop the Block is part of an ongoing effort to promote local businesses and encourage visitors to experience all that downtown Minden has to offer.
With several other activities scheduled downtown Saturday, including the annual Witches Ride of Minden, visitors will have plenty of opportunities to shop, dine, and enjoy the festivities throughout the day.
