City of Minden officials, the Main Street Board and downtown business owners gathered at Orleans on Main Tuesday evening to discuss ways to improve Minden’s historic downtown. Among the topics discussed were improving parking, developing a brochure to help tout all businesses in the downtown district and ways to get the community and business owners involved. The next meeting is set for 8 a.m. April 5 at The Vault.
