“We led the whole game,” Lady Apache head coach Rendi Dillard said. “It was a tough loss. Overall, I feel like it was a tremendous year for our girls and we’ll miss our seniors, Carsin and Catherine.”
The Lady Apaches, who had been struggling to score as of late, jumped out to a 24-20 halftime lead and held a 34-25 advantage at the third-quarter break. In the fourth quarter, Marshall got hot while Glenbrook cooled off. The game was tied with one minute to play, but Glenbrook couldn’t make the plays needed to save their season.
“Offensively, it was one of our better games of the year,” Dillard said. “I could not be more proud of them for the fight they put up. The girls coming back gained some very valuable experience.”
Carsin Spurlock led the Lady Apaches in her final game, scoring 16 points. Amelia Christy added 12 points and Olivia Dalton scored nine points.

I am very sorry to hear that the Minden Glenbrook School Lady Apaches are not Apache, and they are not native american, and that are stealing the name and images of Native Americans, and that they lost.
And, what is the deal with Minden Glenbrook School having a pageant at the civic center in March to crown The Apache Princess?
The Apache don’t have crowned princesses, and Glenbrook School doesn’t have any Apache?
What do they teach there?
