Recent arrests made around Webster Parish

Derrick D. Kemp, 36, of the 1400 block of Lincoln Street, was arrested for two warrants for distribution of schedule II controlled dangerous substance (crack cocaine). A hold was placed on him by the Office of Probation and Parole.

Theodore Willis Jr., 58, of the 200 block of Buddy Brown Road, was arrested as a fugitive from the Webster Parish Sheriff’s Office.

April Cheatwood, 28, of the 800 block of Hodge School Road in Hodge, was arrested for theft of goods and as a fugitive from the Lincoln Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Ashley Harris, 32, of the 1400 block of Lewisville Road, was arrested for theft of goods.
Roy A. White, 51, of the 100 block of Angelee Street, was arrested on two bench warrants, one for simple criminal damage to property and the other for disturbing the peace.

Dustin Lasyone, 24, of the 900 block of North Grove Street, was arrested on two warrants, one for unauthorized use of an access card as theft and the other for forgery.

Jeremy Youngblood, 19, of the 1500 block of Stuckey Road in Dubberly, was arrested for simple battery.
Rex Taylor, 50, of the 800 block of Brackin Street, was arrested on a bench warrant for disturbing the peace.
Shatara Harris, 31, of the 200 block of Washington Street in Homer, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear on the charge of open container.

Darnell Ferrell, 31, of the 200 block of Virginia Street, was arrested on three bench warrants, two for no insurance and one for obscured windshield.

Janine Golden, 49, of the 4500 block of West State Highway 31 in Corsicana, Texas, was arrested for illegal carrying of weapons and resisting an officer.

Kartonio D. Jones, 36, of the 600 block of Woods Street, was arrested on three warrants: aggravated assault with motor vehicle on a peace officer, aggravated flight and no tail lamps. He was arrested on additional charges of possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substance (cocaine), introducing contraband into a correctional facility (schedule II CDS cocaine) and a hold by the Office of Probation and Parole.

Jeremy Copeland, 23, of the 200 block of Tanglewood, was arrested on three bench warrants: no tail lights, no insurance and no driver’s license.

Lakita Miller, of the 200 block of B.F. Martin Drive, was arrested on two bench warrants.

Dexter Walker, 37, of the 200 block of Syrup Mill Road, was arrested on two bench warrants.

Webster Parish Sheriff’s Office

Steve Shondale Studdard, 44, of the 100 block of Wallace Road, was arrested for disturbing the peace by intoxication, resisting an officer and two counts of simple obstruction of a highway of commerce.

Curtis Edward Sibley Jr., 41, of the 21,000 block of Highway 371 in Cotton Valley, was arrested for a violation of probation.

Ociedrick Lenard Charles, 40, of Fairground Road in Natchitoches, was arrested for possession of schedule II controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute (methamphetamine).

Dustin Vaughn Lasyone, 24, of the 900 block of N. Grove Street in Winnfield, was arrested for felony theft, theft of a firearm, simple burglary and as a fugitive from the Minden Police Department.

Nicholas D. Phelps, 32, of the 1300 block of Mimosa Lane in Shongaloo, was arrested for second-degree battery, simple battery and criminal damage to property.

Floyd J. Brown, 58, of the 400 block of Patterson in Springhill, was arrested on warrants for a probation violation and three counts of criminal neglect of family.

Franky Martinez, 36, of the 600 block of West Hullum in Breckinridge, Texas, was arrested for simple obstruction of roadway.

Dana M. West, 52, of the 400 block of Foreman Road in Doyline, was arrested for domestic abuse battery.

Kennie L. Tippins, 50, of the 300 block of Weatherton Street, was arrested on a warrant for theft.
