“Webster Parish Fire District 12 responded to an out-of-control trash and grass fire which engulfed a vacant structure around 4 p.m. on Saltworks Road near U.S. 371 south of Sibley. High winds carried the flames a great distance, but crews were able to contain it quickly. Webster Fire District 2, Minden Fire Department and Bienville Parish Fire District 4 were also on the scene.
