E.S. Richardson Elementary School had 234 fifth grade students complete D.A.R.E.’s 10-week drug education course. (ABOVE) D.A.R.E. essay contest winners were Carter Hodges, Taleiah Webb, Jaydee Tuttle, Clayton Towns, Tramesia Williams, and Mikey Shepherd. The 2019 D.A.R.E. Student of the Year is Kennedy Burns.
