Minden’s Ace Hardware is hosting a raffle to benefit one of their own. Apple Phillips was injured in a serious automobile accident recently.
The raffle caught the eye of Minden Press-Herald columnist and owner of Main Street LED Signs & Lighting’s Randy Rogers.
“If you shop at Ace Hardware, no doubt you’ve met Minden’s Little Apple,” Rogers said. “She works there.”
Phillips is home recovering, but Ace Hardware is raising money through a raffle to help cover her medical expenses. They are selling $10 raffle tickets.
The winner will be awarded a $250 Ace gift certificate. The drawing is to be held on June 15, 2019.
