UPDATE – REOPENED: LA 157 at Cypress Bayou Relief, Webster Parish

Original notification:

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that beginning on Monday, January 29, 2024, the LA 157 bridge over Cypress Bayou Relief in north Webster Parish will be closed.

This closure is scheduled to be in place for approximately 10 days, and is necessary to allow crews to perform pile driving repairs.

This bridge is located approximately 6.5 miles east of US 371, between Cullen and Shongaloo.
