The Webster Parish Council on Aging held its annual Senior Prom on May 2, a joyous event supported by Minden Medical Center personnel and numerous community sponsors. Themed “Denim & Diamonds,” the evening featured entertainment by Bruce Lee, who delighted attendees with tunes primarily from the 1960s.
Guests danced the night away and enjoyed a lively atmosphere, with young ladies from the Youth Challenge Program assisting with serving food and drinks. Attendees had the opportunity to win various prizes, adding to the excitement of the evening.
The highlight of the event was the crowning of Orin Flanigan and Barbara Cox as Prom King and Prom Queen, a moment of joy and celebration for all present.
