The Village of Dixie Inn will hold a special session on Thursday, May 30 at 4:15 PM at the Village Hall, located at 60 Shell Street in Dixie Inn.
Agenda items include accepting Chief Alan Davis’s resignation (effective May 31), introducing Ordinance #133, the 2024-2025 general fund budget and utility fund budget, approving spending $15,000 for the LLOP grant for restrooms in the village park, discussing the furnishing of health insurance for employees, and discussing the need for only the chief and one other officer.
Additionally, there will be a discussion on changing the shift of the officers to make them more visible to the citizens of Dixie Inn.
The agenda also includes approving a lease program for a new vehicle for the Village of Dixie Inn.
