On June 2, at approximately 6:40 PM, an officer responded to a call regarding an unwanted person in the 1100 block of East Todd Street. The individual was identified as Stacy Eaglin, 49, of Leesville.
According to the report, Eaglin had been previously instructed to leave the residence on June 1 and was warned not to return. Despite this, she returned on June 2 and was told by the homeowner not to enter the residence. Eaglin ignored the homeowner’s instructions and entered the home.
Eaglin was advised of her rights per Miranda and arrested for unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. She was transported to the Minden Police Department for booking and subsequently transferred to the Bayou Country Correctional Facility due to the nature of her charges.
All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
