Louisiana Gov. John Bel Edwards was the keynote speaker at the 75th annual Minden-South Webster Chamber of Commerce Membership Banquet. Prior to the banquet, Edwards took part in the VIP Reception at Orleans on Main sponsored by Citizens National Bank.
