The AA Minden Continentals are in a league of their own.
The pitching machine all-stars traveled to Vidalia for the state tournament over the weekend, coming home with the city of Minden’s first ever Dixie state championship.
The team will now advance to the AA Dixie World Series.

Easton Sanders and Ragan Coyle each had a trio of singles, followed by Brody Bower with a triple to lead the Continentals. Zander Rowell added a pair of hits and Landyn Huddleston, Brandon Davis, Jaxon Smith and Dawson Day all had base hits.

Moss Bluff 4
Bryson Ranger doubled and singled, followed by Brandon Davis with a triple. From there, the offense got hits from Zander Rowell, Reagan Coyle, Seth Mangrum, Brody Bower and Landyn Huddleston.

Deridder 2
Easton Sanders blasted a home run and Brody Bowere smoked a pair of doubles to lead the Minden Continentals past Deridder. Brandon Davis came through with a big double and Landyn Huddleston, Bryson Ranger, Dawson Day and Seth Mangrum all had two hits. Zander Rowell and Reagan Coyle added base hits.

Easton Sanders homered and added three doubles, Reagan Coyle homered and added two singles and Brody Bower homered and added a triple to lead Minden. Zander Rowell added a triple and single, Bryson Ranger had three hits, Dawson Day, Reagan Coyle and Brandon Davis all had two hits and Landyn Huddleston added a base hit.

Easton Sanders homered and Landyn Huddleston, Brody Bower and Reagan Coyle all singled and doubled. Jaxon Smith, Seth Mangrum, Bryson Ranger, Hunter Sutton and Zander Rowell all had two hits.

Reagan Coyle singled, doubled and tripled to lead Minden, followed by Brandon Davis with a double and single. Easton Sanders, Zander Rowell, Jaxon Smith, Seth Mangrum, Dawson Day, Brody Bower and Bryson Ranger and Hudson Brown all had big base hits.

West Carroll 7
After losing to the Shreveport Nationals, Minden had to beat West Carroll to stay alive; they did it by one run.
Reagan Coyle had a triple and single and Bryson Ranger had two doubles to lead Minden.
Brody Bower added a double and single. Easton Sanders Brandon Davis and Landyn Huddleston each added a base hit. That win put Minden in the championship series for a rematch with Shreveport.

Brandon Davis doubled and singled to lead Minden, followed by Landyn Huddleston with three hits, Brody Bower with two hits and Bryson Ranger, Easton Sanders and Jaxon Smith added base hits. With the win, Minden forced a decisive final game to decide who would be the state champion.

In the championship game, Reagan Coyle led the offense with a double and single. Landyn Huddleston, Bryson Ranger, Jaxon Smith and Dawson Day all came through with two hits and Hudson Brown, Brody Bower, Brandon Davis, Seth Mangrum and Easton Sanders all added base hits to help bring home the title.
The AA Minden Continentals are the first team to ever win a Dixie state championship for Minden, setting the bar for futute all-stars.
The run is not over, as the team will now travel to represent Louisiana in the AA World Series, August 2-6 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
