Minden Police Department

Gene Kemp, 21, 1100 block of Bayou Avenue in Minden. Charged with possession of synthetic cannabinoids. A probation hold was also placed on him.

Charles James, 29, 100 block of Magnolia in Minden. Charged with hit and run, driving under suspension, and no insurance.

Tangela Kirk, 41, 100 block of Hunter Street in Homer. Arrested on warrants from Claiborne Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Anne Gray, 18, 800 block of McDison Avenue in Minden. Charged with driving under suspension and general speeding.

Kenyaskey Moore, 30, 700 block of Peach Street in Minden. Charged with public intoxication, simple battery, misrepresentation during booking, and simple battery.

Tony Mack Moore, 47, 400 block of South Street in Minden. Charged with theft of goods (seventh offense), possession of burglary tools, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jonecia Malone, 18, 600 block of Talton Street in Minden. Charged with theft of goods and resisting arrest by giving false information.

Chauncy Wills, 29, 300 block of Myers Street in Minden. Charged with public intoxication, disturbing the peace, and open container.

Sherri Boesbe, 41, 300 block of Lee Street in Minden. Charged with disturbing the peace by intoxication.

Shamika Harris, 31, Dubberly. Charged with disturbing the peace by profanity.

Lee Jefferson, 57, 200 block of First Pinehill in Springhill. Charged with driving while intoxicated (first offense).

Robert Gilbert, 35, 600 block of East College Street in Homer. Fugitive from Claiborne Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Lindsey Thompson, 33, 500 block of Kings Corner Road in Sarepta. Charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a firearm in the presence of a CDS.

Junice Rogers, 43, 500 block of Kings Corner Road in Sarepta. Charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a firearm in the presence of a CDS.

John Ross, 50, 600 block of Henry Williams Road in Shongaloo. Charged with possession of synthetic marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jeffery Duck, 39, 1400 block of Lewisville Road in Minden. Charged with felony theft and is a fugitive from Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Rebecca Crain, 37, 100 block of Gibson Road in Homer. Charged with felony theft and conspiracy to commit felony theft.

Thomas Boyd, 41, 1100 block of Blue Run Road in Minden. Charged with violation of sex offender registration.

Mary Myers, 38, 300 block of South Park Drive in Springhill. Charged with possession of synthetic marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of Schedule I CDS synthetic marijuana in the presence of a minor.

Christopher Lawson, 37, 300 block of South Park Drive in Springhill. Charged with possession of synthetic marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of Schedule I CDS synthetic marijuana in the presence of a minor, two counts of distribution of synthetic cannabinoids (marijuana), and possession of stolen things.

Billy Wallace III, 29, 100 block of North Street in Springhill. Charged with domestic abuse battery, domestic abuse with child endangerment, and second degree battery.
