Dr. Trey Baucum spoke to the Minden Lions Club Thursday. Baucum, who has worked as a cardiologist for 25 years, spoke about his time volunteering his services in south Louisiana during the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Baucum is running for Congress in district four of Louisiana.
