FOUND: BSO asking for help in locating missing Haughton teenager

Update:The teenage girl who had been reported as missing on Monday was safely found at a residence in Haughton. 

The Bossier Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding a Haughton teenager who has not been seen since Friday morning.

Detectives with the Bossier Sheriff’s Office say Sherri Lynn Lane was last seen at 8:00 a.m. on Friday morning on the campus of Haughton High School.

Sherri Lynn is a 17-year-old white female that stands 6’00 tall and weighs approximately 156 lbs. She was last seen getting into a grey Ford Focus on the school campus. Her current whereabouts are unknown.
